If I book an appointment, am I guaranteed that time slot?

We make every effort to honor your appointment time. However, there are occasional instances when our salon encounters situations beyond our control. In the event of a delay, you will be notified upon your arrival at the salon. Our goal is to ensure a seamless service flow, allowing clients to move in and out within a reasonable time frame.

Will you still accommodate me if I'm a few minutes late?

If you happen to arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, provided there is available time. To facilitate a seamless service experience, we kindly request that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

Do I need to call you if I need to cancel?

Yes, please call us!. We would be delighted to assist you in rescheduling for a more convenient time. Additionally, by re-booking, you contribute to filling your original time slot with another client. If you are unable to make your appointment, please notify us at your earliest

Please report your arrival at the reception, so we make sure the stylist and the station are ready for you.

Select the movie of your choice from our catalogue and let our receptionist or the stylist know which movie your child would like to watch while having their haircut

The stylist will introduce herself to your children and to yourself and conduct a consultation in regards to how you would like your child's hair to be cut and styled or the services you would like to receive

As a safety precaution, we ask parents not to stand too close to the station to enable the stylist to freely circulate around your child while your appointment is taking place. However, the stylist might ask for your assistance if required. view diagram below

Your satisfaction is ours, too, so we would ask for your approval before your child steps down from the station.
