If I book an appointment, am I guaranteed that time slot?
Yes, we do our best to honour your appointment time. Occasionally, there are instances when our salon experience situations beyond our control. If there is a delay, you will be informed when you arrive at the salon. We strive to keep a smooth service flow to enable clients to be in and out within a reasonable time frame.
Will you still accommodate me if I’m a few minutes late?
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, time permitting. To ensure a smooth service flow, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment.
Do I need to call you if I need to cancel?
Yes, please call us! We’d be more than happy to help you re-book a more convenient time. As well, by re-booking, you are helping us to fill your original time slot with another client. If you can’t make your appointment please notify us as soon as possible.
Please report your arrival at the reception, so we make sure the stylist and the station are ready for you.
Select the movie of your choice from our catalogue and let our receptionist or the stylist know which movie your child would like to watch while having their haircut
The stylist will introduce herself to your children and to yourself and conduct a consultation in regards to how you would like your child's hair to be cut and styled or the services you would like to receive
As a safety precaution, we ask parents not to stand too close to the station to enable the stylist to freely circulate around your child while your appointment is taking place. However, the stylist might ask for your assistance if required. view diagram below
Your satisfaction is ours, too, so we would ask for your approval before your child steps down from the station.
